1 Unit = 15 Minutes; average treatment is 4 Units

Please Note: We accept Personal Injury, Labor and Industries, Aetna, Regence, Healthways (which includes Premera Blue Cross), Uniform (UMP), Reliant (RBH), CIGNA, CorVel of WA, and First Choice Health. Physician's referrals are required before we bill Insurance companies for payment. We provide a receipt of services to be submitted to your insurance for all other carriers.
